Refund policy

Returns

If for some reason your purchase doesn't work out, we accept returns within five days for exchange or store credit. Items must be postmarked by the fifth day. 

All items must be unused and in new condition with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns to be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damage products. Please allow seven business days for your return to be processed.

Any custom orders, sale items, furniture, books, lighting, rugs, artwork, apothecary are final sale.
