Shipping & Return

Lead Times

Production and shipping vary depending on the product. Please visit induvial product description pages to view established lead times. We update our website with estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. In an event of an unforeseen delay with production, the estimated lead time is subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Please note, lead times do not include shipping times.

Orders with in stock inventory will be fulfilled within three business days. Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control. 

 

Returns

If for some reason your purchase doesn't work out, we accept returns within two days for exchange or store credit. Items must be postmarked by the second day. 

All items must be unused and in new condition with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns to be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damage products. Please allow seven business days for your return to be processed.

Any custom orders, sale items, furniture, books, lighting, rugs, artwork, apothecary are final sale. 

 

Damages

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but unfortunately damage can occur in transit. If your order was received damaged, please contact us by emailing hello.tampabayinteriors@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will need your order number, pictures of packing and pictures of damaged item. Unfortunately, claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted and are unable to be returned. 

 

Promotions and Discounts 

You may use one promotion code per order. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your savings will be applied to your order. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to sale items. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders. 

 

Cancellation Policy

For custom orders you may be charged a 15% cancelation fee. Please contact the store for questions. 

For workshops, you will be given a store credit if canceled prior seven days to event. If canceled within seven days of event you will be given the option to pick up material for workshop. Unfortunately we are not able to give a store credit within seven days to event. Please contact store to confirm cancelation. Messages on social media will not be accepted. 

 

Store Credit

Store credits expire after 30 days of issued date.
