Sparkling Mango Peach Sangria

Our family loves entertaining outdoors. The Sparkling Mango Peach Sangria perfectly fits our Florida Lifestyle. It is a colorful and refreshing taste of summer’s finest fruit flavors. When you’re talking about Sangria, no two recipes are ever the same. This is a unique one that stands out amongst the others. My late father and father-in-law loved mixing up their own batches and serving them poolside with family and friends. This recipe is a little combination of both of theirs with a twist. Feel free to embellish your batch with other seasonal fruits. Give us your feedback. We would love to hear your take on our recipe!  

1 Mango
2 Peaches
1 Orange
1 Bottle of Sparkling Wine
¼ cup Tipplers (orange liqueur)
¼ cup Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
¼ cup Peach Schnapps
¼ cup Black Berry Schnapps
2cinnamon sticks
7up to taste
Mint to garnish

Step 1
Peel and chop mango and 1-1/2 peach (second half will be used for garnish).

Step 2
Squeeze juice from one orange and add to pitcher with chopped fruit.

Step 3
Add Tipplers (orange liqueur), Chambord (raspberry liqueur), Peach Schnapps and Black Berry Schnapps with fruit and muddle. **You can take this recipe a step further and let the fruit and liqueur sit overnight. This will allow the flavors to marry. **

Step 4
Place cinnamon sticks in pitcher and fill with ice. Add bottle of sparkling wine to pitcher. Add 7up to taste and stir.

Step 5
Thinly slice second half of peach vertically for garnish. Fill glasses with ice, add Garnish, lightly sprinkle with cinnamon powder and serve.
